Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented shop assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position— no experience required . We’ll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn , eager to take on new tasks , and ready to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll get hands-on experience in the print and sign industry—from production to customer service. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about sign types, materials, and how to recommend the best options for each customer’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and by email Enter job details into our system and take accurate notes Print architectural plans and prepare jobs for production Assist with trimming, weeding, laminating, and finishing signage Learn about sign materials and how to recommend the right solution for different applications Perform quality checks and general shop support

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable using a computer Reliable, organized, and excited to learn Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods No experience necessary—we’ll provide full training.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 – $23.00 per hour
