• Greet and effectively communicate with customers, in person, by phone and email.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their project and provide complete and concise order requests to our production team.
• Provide excellent customer service by following up with customers throughout all stages of the project to ensure we exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and execute design concepts, from initial sketches to final artwork.
• Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print and digital platforms.
• Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator) and tools to create layouts, illustrations, and other design elements.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Experience:

• Creative Graphic Designer, experienced in working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience working with customers, possessing solid communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of layout design principles.
• Understanding of typesetting and print production processes.
• Ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and team members.

This is full time position. We will train on sign specific skills. Qualified Candidates will possess proficient design skills and excellent communication skills.
