As an Associate, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory, process transactions, and maintain accurate stock levels. Assist in the organization and display of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience. Engage with customers to promote products and services, driving sales through effective communication. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Support automotive repair inquiries by leveraging knowledge in the field or directing customers to appropriate resources. Handle stock management tasks, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong mathematical skills with an understanding of retail math principles. Familiarity with automotive repair concepts is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered at our dealership.
