Counter Team Member All Dough Rockport, MA 01966 All Dough is a market café located in the heart of Rockport, MA, offering a curated selection of pastries, specialty coffee, and thoughtfully sourced goods. We are looking for passionate, kind, and dependable individuals to join our opening team. Whether you’re behind the counter serving customers or helping prepare product, we want people who genuinely care about quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities may include:

Serving espresso drinks, batch coffee, and tea with consistency and care Handling pastries, daily specials, and retail items with attention to quality Running the register and managing quick but warm customer transactions using Square POS Keeping the space clean, stocked, and organized—especially the pastry case and drink station Engaging with customers in a friendly and informed way to represent All Dough’s values Helping with opening/closing procedures as needed
