Full Job Description Overview:

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

What You’ll Do To help give our guests the best store experience, we need you to: Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, “ready-to-help” attitude. Help customers find specific products, offering recommendations on merchandise based on their needs. Accept and process orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues. Promote special sales, offers and awareness of our rewards program. Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products. This includes inputting data into computer systems. Help pet parents navigate the selfwash stations and explain the washing process. Stock the bathing supply caddies. What You Need to Get the Job Done Support each other by acting as back-up when extra help is needed. Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service. Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older. What Will Make Us REALLY Love You You’re an excellent listener and communicator who can help pet parents with their concerns, wants, and needs. You possess a strong desire to succeed. We want a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively when necessary. Your love of pets includes wanting to learn more about the Wag N’ Wash brand and the products we offer.
