Receptionist/budtender Smokey Leaf 49 Bank Row St, Greenfield, MA 01301 This role is for the middle shift (11pm-6pm) and some weekends. Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cannabis and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs, ensuring a welcoming and informative environment while adhering to all compliance regulations. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about various cannabis products. Assist customers in selecting the right strains and products based on their preferences and needs. Maintain an organized display of products, ensuring that inventory is well-stocked and properly labeled. Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate records of sales. Provide education on product usage, effects, and benefits to enhance the customer experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management as needed. Utilize QuickBooks for inventory management and financial tracking. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the dispensary. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Proficient in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and calendar management. Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and inventory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Competency in using Google Workspace for documentation and communication purposes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine interest in cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains and products is preferred.
