Prior experience as a Parts Specialist preferred, but we will train the right person. As a Part Specialist, you will be responsible for: Assisting customers with their needs, providing information on products and services Maintaining organized stock levels and assisting with inventory management Supporting sales management in achieving targets and goals Handling cash transactions accurately and securely Communicating effectively with team members and customers Basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed Upholding dealership standards and contributing to a positive work environment Prior experience in organizational tasks within a retail or dealership setting

• Familiarity with stock management and inventory control
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Basic understanding of automotive repair concepts
• Proficiency in math for calculations related to sales and transactions.
