Sales Associate A Sales Associate contributes to drivingsales through providing a genuine experience to each customer. RoleResponsibilities Brand Experience Acts as a brand representativereflective of the company values Initiates conversation, shares adviceand product knowledge to interact with the customer in a personalizedway Utilizes technology to be well-informed on company priorities andpromotions in-store and online; delivers a seamless, omni channelshopping experience through utilization of the tools available toservice the customer (i.e. MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up)Teamwork + Communication Contributes to the store by being positive,respectful, and helpful to others Collaborates with peers andleadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of theteam Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to changeand open to try new ways of doing things Visual + Business OperationsMaintains Urban Outfitters’ visual and operational standards whilekeeping the focus on the customer Supports the shipment process to gainawareness of product including what’s new and what’s already on thefloor; contributes to completion of omni order fulfillment processesAdheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction ofproduct loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to supportthe profitability of the store Role Qualifications Passion for UO brandExperience in customer service Experience being a team player Ability towork flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights,weekends, and holidays URBN celebrates diversity and is committed tocreating an inclusive environment for all employees.
