JOB SUMMARY

Provide quality customer service to customers,patrons and employees. Establish working relationships withcustomers, vendors and employees in fulfilling assigned postorders. Take an active role in assisting customer with other dutiesthat may not be included in this job description and are approvedby the Security Manager. Event Staff must possess and maintain aprofessional image at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

The ability to greet allvisitors, vendors, and employees; while continuously maintainingthe standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism.

  • Maintain a workingknowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations;respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help,determine course of action, notify appropriate authorities andassist as needed.
  • Post orders may include Ticket Taking,Ushering, Guest Services, Elevator Operator, Special Services orother.
  • Be diligent and vigilant in safety awareness.
  • Know andunderstand post orders, revisions, and daily event needs. Know yourchain of command.
  • These functions are not limited to these listedand may be expanded upon at any time at the request of thecustomer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following are the minimumqualifications which an individual needs in order to successfullyperform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Pleasenote that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon thedepartment size and/or geographic location. High School Diploma/orequivalent (GED) and be 18 years of age or older. Must be willingto submit to a background and drug screening where required; anyoffer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completionof a background investigation.
