We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Farm Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Currently hiring for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from July – November 1. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, fruits, and vegetables, customer service, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves assisting customers in their shopping experience, promoting products, attentiveness to displays and ensuring a welcoming environment in our retail space. Duties Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing exceptional customer service. Engage in collaboration sales techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. Demonstrate farm knowledge and effectively communication with customers. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and product pricing. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store environment. Proficient in operating cash registers and handling transactions. Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Familiarity with POS systems and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to lift 30 pounds.
