This role requires someone with sales abilities and a strong market and business understanding. In this seat, you will be in charge of overseeing the sales process as well as closing deals. The sales process is a 2-appointment process. They should be having 10-12 appointments a week, with about 60% taking the next meeting. The close rate on that second meeting is expected to be ~ 90%. This role offers a competitive base salary and commission! OTE for top producers the first years is estimated between 80k-100k
Responsibilities:
Follow a sales process to close residential clients by identifying clients’ needs and providing solutions tailored to those needs. Following the company’s processes and CRM system for tracking the sales process. Conducting in-home consultations from leads Measure and quote home improvement services Networking and building relationships with clients for future business and to maintain a professional company image.
Qualifications :
Sales experience in the home improvement industry or similar experience a PLUS Very coachable with good interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills – Google suite, database management, etc. Able to pass a drug screening and background check. Excellent, timely, courteous follow-up skills. #AFTP123
