Program Guide Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Location:

Waltham, MA.

Outpatient Treatment Program Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Thurs 5:15a-3:45p (four 10 hour shifts)

Pay Rate:

$20.15-$23.33/hour

Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.

Qualifications Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders. Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
