Dracut Appliance Center is looking for a new sales associate in ourDracut and Tewksbury locations! We’re looking for someone with highenergy and good organizational skills to take care of customers duringand after their visits to Dracut Appliance.
Dracut Appliance has been family owned and operated since 1949. We selland service every major brand of appliance.
Some requirements for the job include:
- Keeping the work environment neat and clean
- Ensuring that all products or merchandise are placed in theirrespective areas
- Helping customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives
- Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills
- Being knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each appliance
- Communicating with managers regarding customer concerns and employeematters
- Greeting customers with a positive attitude
- Maintaining an enthusiastic and upbeat personality
- Handling sales transactions, which may include operating cashregisters
- Providing honest and positive feedback to customers regarding thebest products that fit the customers expectations
