In this role, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our unique selection of second-hand fashion items. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to sustainability while providing customers with one-of-a-kind pieces. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly. Restock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure that displays are visually appealing. Assist in product demonstrations and promote unique items to enhance sales opportunities. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
