This is a consultative sales role where you can showcase your sales and customer care skills. About the Role We’re looking for someone with high energy and strong organizational skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll help customers choose the right appliances by working with them in person, over the phone, and through email or chat. You’ll answer questions, share product recommendations, and follow up with leads to close sales. You’ll also use our internal tools and systems to create invoices and ensure each sale is processed accurately by following our detailed sales procedures. This role combines strong people skills, curiosity about products, and attention to detail. You won’t be expected to cold call or prospect—leads are generated by the company and provided to you. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through appliance selection and purchase Provide a positive, supportive experience throughout the sales process Accurately manage orders and invoicing using our internal systems Check stock and coordinate delivery scheduling Follow established procedures to ensure sales accuracy and customer satisfaction Follow up with customers and troubleshoot any issues that arise Maintain a clean and presentable showroom environment Assist with merchandising, promotional signage, and pricing Stay current on product knowledge and store inventory availability Participate in store events such as Private Sales, Tax-Free Weekend, and Black Friday Contribute ideas for improving operations, merchandising, and sales performance Collaborate across departments and assist with tasks and special projects as assigned Training & Support We provide comprehensive training on product features, our internal systems, and our structured sales process. Qualifications A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping people Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and software platforms with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures Bachelor’s degree preferred Willingness to work Saturdays and two evenings per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Schedule Full-time Sunday off every week Saturday required One additional weekday off per week Most shifts between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Evenings until 8:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday possible
