The ideal candidate will be passionate about cannabis and possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, educate them about various strains and products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and effects. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored recommendations. Upsell products by highlighting features, benefits, and promotions to enhance the customer experience. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products to ensure availability for customers. Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a cannabis or related environment. Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Proficiency in product demos to educate customers on usage and benefits. Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries from customers over the phone. Bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Strong organizational skills for managing stock levels and maintaining displays.
