Charlesgate Farmers Market:

Sundays 10am-2pm (through October)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a charismatic, well-presented individual to serve as the face of our luxury pastry brand at Boston’s premier farmers markets. You’ll engage with sophisticated clientele, share our artisanal story, and create memorable customer experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Beacon Hill Bakery with grace and authenticity Engage customers enthusiastically about our Polish royal court heritage Process sales using Square POS system Maintain pristine product presentation and food safety standards Embody our brand values of tradition, quality, and refinement

Required Qualifications:

Exceptional energy and natural charm Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging confidently with discerning, affluent clientele Highly reliable with excellent attendance Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout 4 or 7 hour shifts Quick learner for product knowledge and brand story Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service environments

Professional Presentation Standards:

This role requires maintaining appearance standards consistent with luxury hospitality and our premium brand positioning. Think elegant garden party or high-end boutique environment – polished, sophisticated, and approachable.
