They currently operate 40 appointment driven locations in the US including 3 in the greater Boston area. They are eager to hire talented Retail Sales Specialists for their beautiful, appointment driven Newbury Street location! Starting rate is $24/hour plus annual target bonus of $7,000 . Full company paid training provided. You MUST be able to work both weekend days, with 2 consecutive weekdays off. Retail Sales Specialists are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every customer. The goal of the Sales and Customer Experience team is to create personalized experiences and build lasting relationships while sharing in the happiest moments of our customers’ lives. Retail Customer Experience Specialist key Responsibilities include: Create memorable and personalized experiences for customers by providing support and responding to customer inquiries over phone, email, and live chat Assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions such as custom design orders and diamond options Conduct in-person customer appointments to present jewelry in our private showroom, creating a truly one on one experience in a luxury goods environment Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while adding value to the sales team Actively participate in weekly sales meetings Collaborate across departments on special projects in order management, inventory, merchandising, and fraud prevention efforts Specific qualifications: BA, BS degree or equivalent preferred Sales & customer service experience in a retail and/or e-commerce position preferred Goal driven with prior experience with KPI’s. Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment Exceptional time management skills and accountability Team player with an ability to work collaboratively Strong computer skills Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
