Joint Operations is looking for Part-time Budtenders who care about delivering an amazing customer experience. We don’t just sell cannabis, we help people feel better, connect, and enjoy life. As a Budtender, your role is to make every guest feel welcome, informed, and excited about their experience.

What You’ll Do:

Greet every customer with a positive attitude and authentic vibe. Recommend cannabis products based on customer needs and preferences. Educate guests on effects, product types, specials, and consumption methods. Complete transactions accurately using our POS system. Follow all MA Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked. Work as a team to fulfill in-store and online orders. Support inventory by reporting low stock and helping with labeling. Stay up to date with product knowledge and cannabis trends. Follow all opening/closing checklists and daily procedures.

Qualifications:

21 years or older Budtending or retail experience preferred Strong communication & customer service skills Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Must be eligible for or already have a

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 years of age or older Budtending Experience strongly preferred Excellent Communication and Guest Service Skills Proficient Math, Cash Handling Skills and Organizational Skills Strong Knowledge of Standard POS Systems and Interfaces (preferred) Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card issued by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission(able to obtain)
