Position Overview The Budtenders’ role has three main components: cannabis expertise, customer service, and regulatory compliance. The Budtenders at AMP will be experts in cannabis products and their effects. Budtenders will also be the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience. Budtenders will help to guide customers to help them find the best products to meet their needs. Compliance with state regulations is also critical, which means adhering to company standard operating procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests feel welcome and have a great experience at AMP
• Desire to learn about our products and their effects to help guide and assist customers
• Be efficient with customers, making them feel welcomed while ensuring the line is moving as quickly as possible
• Any time away from the point of sale should be spent restocking, and making sure the store is tidy
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Cash handling
• Be on time and fully present during work hours
• Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures & METRC Regulations
• Adhere to company standards including maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
• All other job duties as assigned by management Qualifications
• High school diploma
• Two years of customer service experience
• Applicants must be 21 years old
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
• Team-oriented
• Desired work ethic includes being detail oriented, highly organized, positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn and a good communicator Part Time hours are daytime shifts during the week, and Weekend hours are both day and evening, depending on the needs of the schedule.
