In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively demonstrate products to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide allergy information, as well as flavors recommendations. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Apply retail math skills to manage sales transactions accurately. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain a clean and a welcoming display. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Knowledge of retail math to assist in managing transactions and stock levels. Ability to be self-motivated. Flexibility to work various markets as needed. MUST have your own clean car to transport baked goods, tent, tables, etc. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
