The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and doing product preparations. The candidate will be crossed trained in all areas of the shop. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their orders. Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the register. Prepare food items as needed, including cooking, baking, and packaging. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Assist in catering orders and special events when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and co-workers. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Personality is more important than experience; we’re willing to train people who are a good fit!
