As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products, along with your ability to communicate effectively, will help customers make informed decisions that meet their needs. Duties Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Provide detailed information about various strains, consumption methods, and effects of products. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Manage inventory by restocking shelves and tracking product levels. Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Educate customers about responsible consumption and safety practices. Skills Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse customer base. Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Proficient in retail math for accurate transaction processing. Ability to supervise staff when needed, ensuring smooth operations. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory counts. Experience in stock management to maintain product availability.
