Experienced Marijuana Budtender – Immediate Start Job Overview We are urgently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team immediately. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our cannabis dispensary. Your expertise in cannabis products will be crucial in assisting customers and driving sales. IIC Individual Identification Card Required to apply. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide comprehensive information about our cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Manage inventory by organizing stock and restocking shelves as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions. Supervise junior staff to ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations. Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their needs. Perform retail math calculations for inventory management and sales tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base. Proficiency in POS systems and retail math is highly desirable. A strong passion for cannabis culture and in-depth knowledge of various products. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Must be at least 21 years of age or meet local legal requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
