Additional hours start immediately and will last until the Security position begins and can be extended after the resort is closed.

52 years ago Fred and Kathleen Bayley started the campground by purchasing a small plot along Pine Point Road in Scarborough. That resort now spans 200 acres and encompasses more than 750 sites with endless amenities. A crew of 120+ employees helps 8,000 families per year enjoy the resort from late April to mid-October every year.

What your job will look like: As Resort Security, you will be responsible for the following: Organizing traffic flow at the front gate Ensuring that all guests check in with the front office Monitoring the pools, playgrounds, and trolley areas Inspecting and driving golf carts Greeting customers Collect tags from departing guests Answering questions General customer service What a qualified applicant looks like: Qualified applicants have the ability to be flexible and monitor multiple facilities at the same time. A good security guard has the ability to multitask while staying organized and friendly. This positions is primarily at the front gate of the resort and is responsible for maintaining an orderly and safe environment in the busiest area of the resort. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in retail sales and cash handling Proficiency in basic math and retail math Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers Ability to supervise and train staff effectively Bilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demonstrations Previous experience in a grocery store or similar environment is advantageous Intrested in learning more?
