Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products for their automotive needs. Utilize your knowledge of automotive diagnostics to provide accurate information and recommendations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing product displays. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance the customer experience. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product comparisons. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer feedback. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues; bilingual skills are a plus. Requirements Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, in the automotive industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics is an advantage. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and retail math concepts.
