Team Leader Retail Associate Maine Lobster Outlet York, ME 03909 The Maine Lobster Outlet in York, Maine is seeking an eager, hardworking and customer-focused individual for a full-time Retail Team Leader Associate in our retail lobster/seafood market. Working 32-40 hours per week, candidates must be ready and willing to work weekdays and weekends. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting Manager with all functions of store operations.
• Work with Retail Associates with scheduling and direction for day-to-day tasks/assignments.
• Assist/oversee kitchen operations (prior kitchen experience desired).
• Assist with ordering products and ensuring sufficient inventory of products.
• Work with the wholesale team to manage retail lobster inventory for market.
• Support opening and closing of market to include POS close out.
• Communicate with management as required.
• Ensure excellent customer service delivered at all times.

Additional duties:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Selecting, weighing and packaging lobsters and other seafood items
• Operating POS payment system
• Picking and packing online orders for shipping
• Assist with kitchen duties to include cooking and cleaning
• Restocking inventory
• Other duties as required or needed You will be expected to:
• Be able to work well with a great team of individuals and customers
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to remain standing for an entire shift
