As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the overall success and growth of our smoke shop.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on products and purchases. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product inventory, including smoking accessories, vaporizers, glassware, and other related merchandise. Assist customers in finding the products that best suit their needs and preferences, offering recommendations and guidance as needed. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking shelves and displays. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge or interest in smoking accessories and related products. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for purchasing tobacco products in your area).
