In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling beauty products. You will engage with customers, assist them in selecting products that meet their needs, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting beauty products. Demonstrate product usage through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience. Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, product lines, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Operate the cash register efficiently while processing transactions accurately. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. Utilize retail math skills to manage sales reports and track inventory levels. Engage with customers on social media platforms to promote products and drive sales. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or beauty cosmetics sales is preferred. Proficiency in cash register operations and basic retail math skills. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with social media management for promotional purposes is desirable. A background in cosmetology is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
