We are only looking for the best. We are looking for someone who sees this opportunity as a long-term position. The sales industry you were in doesn’t matter as much as your natural sales ability. Our top salespeople make between $60,000 and $100,000+. The characteristics we are looking for in applicants are: SALES INCLINATION- You have to like selling. TRAINING PAY

FIRST 90 DAYS $20/HOUR

Greet and demonstrate the La-Z-Boy product for every customer. Achieve monthly sales goals. Follow-up with every customer – before and after the sale. Develop sales goals for each year. Set strategic monthly goals. Attend all sales’ meetings. Clean and maintain showroom. Requirements Work an estimated 40 hours a week. Weekends & some holiday work required. Meet with manager on a monthly basis to discuss performance. Attend all sales meetings.
