Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and track inventory levels effectively. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise daily operations, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision. Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns via phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment. Stay informed about the latest mobile technology trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail setting. Strong skills in retail math to assess sales performance and manage inventory effectively. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Experience supervising team members or leading shifts is preferred. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems accurately. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers.
