As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing returns as needed. Maintain accurate stock levels by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks. Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment. Uphold store standards by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor. Run Alex water test for costumers. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when interacting with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Ability to supervise junior staff or assist in training new employees is a plus. Familiarity with product demonstrations and effective selling techniques is advantageous. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
