Evergreen Logistics – The UPS Store is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented full-time Retail Associate to join our fast-paced team. What You’ll Do:

Receive and process packages for both domestic and international shipping Sort, process, and distribute mail for mailbox customers Operate printing equipment for quick prints and high-volume print jobs Maintain a clean, organized, and fast-paced workspace Handle all tasks with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills—especially during peak seasons Learn and apply industry best practices for packing, shipping, and printing Educate customers on our services through upselling and cross-selling Greet customers within 5 seconds and create a friendly, welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For:

A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a retail setting Someone with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior experience or willingness to learn: Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office Point-of-Sale systems A candidate who takes ownership of their role and strives for excellence in customer service

Position Details:
