Maintain an organized work area and manage inventory stock effectively. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management. Skills Proficient in retail math and basic math skills to manage transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills to engage with clients effectively. Experience with cash handling procedures to ensure financial accuracy. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries and appointment scheduling. Familiarity with grocery store environments is beneficial but not required. Ability to supervise staff and manage team dynamics effectively. Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain optimal inventory levels.
