Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and café areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product freshness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and promotions, enhancing their experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
