Job Description:

We are looking for a sales associate/cashier for the Scrubtastic Southaven location. Weekends and evenings availability are a job requirement. We are looking for a part-time sales associate to work 15-20 hours per week. Strong sales associates may work up to 30 hours per week. Must be 18 or older to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service while helping customers find what they need

• Greet and direct customers
• Ring up customers for purchased items
• Manage returns/exchanges of merchandise
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Receive and process inventory to go to sales floor
• Process and embroider embroidery orders (we will train you!)
• Light cleaning duties

Skills Required:

• A sense of urgency to help customers
• Basic math skills
• Basic understanding of computers with Windows operating system
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication
• A cheerful, helpful attitude
• Must be outgoing, friendly, and willing to learn all aspects of the job, including embroidery (it’s fun, you’ll like it)
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Retail experience is not required
