Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service; Greet guests as they enter retail shop and thank them as they leave; Expected to be friendly, helpful and eager to assist our guests with any questions they may have about casino or events happening; Responsible for employee bank issued at start of shift and returned at end of shift; Assist with retail inventory during shift, keep items neat, straight, counters clean and orderly, clothing hanging neatly on and hangers and other merchandising items; Inform manager of items that are low so that they can be replenished; Strong cash handling skills Other reasonable duties as assigned.
