Budtender 420 Holiday – Gulfport Gulfport, MS 39503 Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients seeking cannabis products. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the dispensary. Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods. Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs. Process sales transactions accurately using retail math skills. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and assist in stock management. Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Conduct product demos to showcase new items and educate customers on their benefits. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding cannabis sales and customer interactions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell products effectively. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
