THE JOB:
As a on-call Ticket Office Representative, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by selling and issuing show tickets for live entertainment in the Beau Rivage Theatre. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE
$13.00 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you upsell, cross-sell, and process ticket orders Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety. Utilize and balance a cash drawer and various tender types for ticket sales
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Demonstrates flexibility to work an on-call schedule with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Takes pride in their work Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Describes themselves as detail-oriented Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Can handle multiple tasks at one time Ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer
