We are seeking an experienced Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, and driving sales growth through upselling and product demos.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase new technologies and solutions Utilize retail math skills to provide accurate quotes and pricing for customers Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to increase revenue Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices Stay up-to-date on the latest product releases and advancements in the field Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to store policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively in a or multilingual environment Experience in the electronics or technology sales industry Proficiency in retail math and the ability to accurately calculate pricing and discounts Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with grocery store or retail sales processes Willingness to learn and stay current on new products and technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
