You help our guests discover the styles that reflect their livesand help them design rooms they will love to live in. What You’ll Do Thrives in an environment that rewards for deliveringworld-class service and delighting our guests. Provide outstanding service experience for every customer andguest. Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at thefront desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated ina cordial, respectful manner representing the Company’s brandimage. Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering tocash handling protocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters asrequired while maintaining thorough documentation of salestransactions. Address customer concerns independently wheneverpossible Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cashreconciliation and completion of daily checklists. Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures,including participation in bi-annual inventory checks. Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performancestandards. Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management. What You Bring Legally authorized to work in the US. At least 18 years old. Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or withoutaccommodation. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 1 year customerservice and/or sales experience, preferred. Gets charged up by interacting with others, by being outgoing,friendly, and easy to talk to. Conveys information in a way that inspires action. Gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends andholidays. Communicates information in a motivating manner that promptsaction.
