Counter Sales Associate Ewing/Kessler, Inc. 100 Highway 7 N, Greenwood, MS 38930 Summary The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing exception customer service, processing orders, and assisting customers with their parts and equipment needs. The position represents the company as a leader in the industry to ensure maximum sales volume. Primary Responsibilities Greet customers in person and over the phone and provide friendly and efficient service. Assist in identifying parts requirements, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts, accessories, and equipment. Offer advice and technical information to customers to help them find the right parts. Address and resolve customer concerns or inquiries related to parts orders, availability, and pricing. Complete the sales order process for customers and accurately input and process orders through the company’s system. Ensure merchandise located in the store is stocked and replenished as needed; rotate shelved product and set up displays. Assist with stock control by ensuring parts are organized, inventoried, and restocked as needed. Report low inventory levels to the Store Manager. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, returns, and warranties. Perform outbound customer sales or service calls to resolve customer complaints. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold. Proficient in using computer systems and point of sale software. Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a counter sales environment preferred.

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
