Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable team member to join our front desk at Julep Health, a new locally-owned medical/wellness clinic in Ridgeland. This role focuses on welcoming patients, managing check-ins, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, making professionalism and warmth essential. Perfect for someone who loves health and wellness, enjoys talking to people, and wants to be part of a growing, innovative clinic. No medical experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with care and efficiency Ensure smooth patient flow into exam rooms Manage appointment scheduling and basic intake processes Ensure a smooth patient flow into exam rooms Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Assist with collecting payments and processing transactions Support the retail area: share product knowledge, help with sales, and restock shelves Help keep the front lobby and clinic area tidy, organized, and welcoming Occasionally assist with social media or marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Clinical/sales/retail/marketing experience a plus Friendly, professional demeanor with great customer service instincts Comfortable with basic tech (email, printers, scheduling software) Experience front desk settings is a plus Interest in health and wellness is a bonus Must be dependable and proactive Willingness to learn new systems and procedures Background check required
