Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their product selections, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You’ll be the face of Bleeding Ink, providing customers with helpful guidance on tattoo supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations. Maintain clean and organized displays, ensuring all items are stocked. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS. Educate customers on product features and benefits. Answer questions and address any customer concerns in a friendly manner. Help manage inventory by restocking items as needed. Support team with occasional promotional or event-related tasks. Call tattoo shops/artist to see if they need any supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a specialty store. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of tattoo supplies is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential. Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings.
