Job Summary:

This role combines hands-on customer service and product assembly with basic management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of leading store operations when needed. We’ll train the right person who brings strong leadership qualities and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right parts and fittings for their hydraulic needs.
• Build and assemble custom hydraulic hoses using specialized tools (training provided).
• Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist in ordering products as needed.
• Help oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
• Support and potentially supervise other team members as the store grows.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Learn Parker product knowledge and promote solutions to customer problems.

Qualifications:

. High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Retail, customer service, or light industrial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities or previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and mechanical assembly.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and be on your feet for most of the day. What We Offer
