We are currently conducting a search for dynamic and fun sales associates/key holders for this location! Qualified key holders will start at $14.00

Overview:
Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand and makes service a top priority.
Functions & Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Store Manager, Floor Manager or Management Trainee
- Generate Sales
- Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers
- Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
- Customer Experience
- Ensures the store reflects Southern Marsh’s Brand
- Leads the store in educating new associates on best practices
- Ensures customers are contacted when new product arrives
- Team Development
- Assists with training new associates
- Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic team and customer environment
- Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
- Supports store and team-building activities with the management team
- Operations
- Maintains efficient merchandise controls
- Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
- Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Merchandising
- Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current floorset, and brand initiatives
