We are currently conducting a search for dynamic and fun sales associates/key holders for this location! Qualified key holders will start at $14.00

• $16.00 per hour! Sales Associates will start at $11.00

Overview:

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand and makes service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Store Manager, Floor Manager or Management Trainee
• Generate Sales
• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
• Customer Experience
• Ensures the store reflects Southern Marsh’s Brand
• Leads the store in educating new associates on best practices
• Ensures customers are contacted when new product arrives
• Team Development
• Assists with training new associates
• Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic team and customer environment
• Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
• Supports store and team-building activities with the management team
• Operations
• Maintains efficient merchandise controls
• Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
• Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Merchandising
• Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current floorset, and brand initiatives
• Contributes to weekly product feedback Requirements
