P Pay Rate:

$19•$21 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a Inside Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting materials for building, landscape, and hardscape projects. This role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with contractors, landscapers, and homeowners, providing expert guidance and support throughout the purchasing process.

Responsibilities :

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing materials for various construction and landscaping projects. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and processing transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product specifications to provide accurate information. Handle phone inquiries and assist walk-in customers with orders and pricing. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and keeping the sales area organized . Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences . The ability to multitask, prioritize customer needs, and contribute to a smooth daily operation is essential.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale sales of hardscape, landscape, or construction materials. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think quickly to solve problems . Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking . Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred. Industry knowledge of landscape, construction, or irrigation products is a plus. Experience with inventory management is helpful. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset . Detail-oriented and focused on providing excellent service . Must be able to pass a drug test and background check .
