We are a family owned business that takes pride in providing the highest quality of service and products available in the industry.

Sales Associate Job Description:

Greet customers as they enter and exit our store. Build strong relationships with customers through positive and helpful communication. Encourage customers to make purchases and answer any questions through knowledgeable sales staff. Assist customers with their orders, processing payments, and ensure all items are correctly displayed. Assist with the placement of items on sale, over-the-counter, and in store displays. Complete daily cashier duties accurately while following company policies and procedures. Complete other tasks as directed by management to ensure proper merchandising, inventory, and operation of the store.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and some holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Must be able to communicate clearly with customers about products services and provide accurate information about availability. Must possess an active listening ear, strong problem-solving skills, and be able to act independently within the organization’s policies and procedures. Must have a great attitude and be able to work with a team to achieve common goals.
