Requirements:
A passion for animals A positive, cheerful attitude A willingness to learn a LOT about animal nutrition, behavior and other topics. Ability to work weekends Strong work ethic and common sense Ability to lift and move 40 lbs. or more Ability to work outside in all weather and seasons Reliable transportation Experience in retail and/or with animals (in a professional setting) is a MAJOR plus, though we are willing to train and educate the right person. Pay is $18/hr during training/probationary period and then $19.50/hr once trained, within 90 days and depending on performance. Bi-annual performance reviews also provide potential for pay increases.
