Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions and managing inventory. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone or directing calls appropriately. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
